Prof. univ. dr. Ilie Bădescu: Romania in integrum, founded on the faith in God, on the love of the neighbour and on the open house model

The Romanian people is the climax of the Christian Romanity assertion in Oriental Europe. The peace of Trianon set the upper threshold of a European creator process, which began with the Peace of Westphalia. Romania is a kind of living ethnopolitical and European pedagogy treaty in the service of what has been for 300 year the Pax Europaea, the new peace model established at Versailles. 100 years since the conclusion of the Trianon Treaty, through the participation of the three Europes, reunited in a single one – the Occidental Europe, the European America and the Oriental Europe – this transcontinental consensus phenomenon allows us to talk about the triumph of a unique and grandiose synthesis, which we can call the Trianon Europe. This is the triumph Romanians will celebrate in 2018, because in its framework their identity ideal was also accomplished: Romania in integrum, founded on the faith in God, on the love of the neighbour and on the open house model.
