During the latest 100 years, our country made remarkable scientific, social and cultural progress. During my life as a Romanian, I dedicated to Romania my scientific work, materialized in the addition to the neurosurgical arsenal of the surgical microscope and of the laser, by means of which I managed to reduce the surgical mortality rate from 51% to 4%, as well as in the 18 patents and 10 innovations, 54 specialized books and atlases and 406 scientific papers, as well as by being admitted as a member of over 7 academies in the country and abroad.
